Intermoney titulización

Intermoney Titulización has established to date more than 161 vehicles (securitisation funds and others) backed by all types of assets, with a total volume exceeding EUR 138.2 billion. It has worked for the majority of Spanish banking institutions, as well as for international banks and large investment funds. In these transactions, it has participated in and, in most cases, led their financial structuring. It also provides administration services for special purpose vehicles and securitisation structures, operating in Spain and in other jurisdictions, such as Ireland and Luxembourg.
