Whistleblowing Channel
The CIMD Group has implemented a Whistleblowing Channel in accordance with the provisions of Law 2/2023 of 20 February on the protection of persons who report violations of the law and the fight against corruption.
The Channel guarantees the confidentiality of communications and the rights of the informant and the affected person, leaving it to the informant to decide whether he or she wishes to identify him or herself or not.
Who can report?
- Employees and members of the Board of Directors of the CIMD Group companies.
- Trainees.
- Agents.
- Collaborators, suppliers and any person working for or under the supervision and direction of such collaborator and suppliers.
- Shareholders.
- Former employees.
- Job applicants.
What can be reported?
This Channel allows the report of information by the aforementioned natural persons who, in a work or professional context, have obtained information on the following matters:
- Facts or conduct that may have criminal significance.
- Actions or omissions that may constitute serious or very serious criminal or administrative offences.
- Actions or omissions that may constitute infringements of European Union Law with the considerations established in Law 2/2023.
- Any other type of serious or very serious irregularity that may involve the responsibility of one of the companies of the CIMD Group.
The Whistleblowing Channel does not act as a communication channel for investors, nor does it have the functionality of a Customer Service to deal with complaints or claims from clients or potential clients.

Likewise, the following channels are provided to report information:

- By post addressed to: Órgano de Vigilancia y Control, Príncipe de Vergara 131, 3ª Planta, 28002 Madrid.
At the request of the informant, information may also be submitted by means of a face-to-face meeting.

Confidentiality and protection of personal data
The Channel is designed, established and managed in a secure manner, so that the confidentiality of the people involved in the information reported and the actions carried out in the management and processing of the reports is guaranteed.
The identity of the informants will in all cases be kept confidential and will not be communicated to the persons to whom the facts reported refer or to third parties.
The processing of personal data shall moreover comply with the provisions of Title VI of Law 2/2023 and with the legislation applicable in this area.
