Accounting Technician, Intermoney Titulización S.A.

Through our Securitisation Fund Management Company, with more than 20 years of experience, we are looking to hire a Junior Accounting Technician to join the Securitisation Funds area of the Management Company.

The selected candidate will participate in the accounting, tax and regulatory management of the funds administered by the Management Company, working closely with other areas of the company, external auditors and tax advisors. Candidate profile:

• Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance or equivalent qualification, such as a vocational qualification in Accounting.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting functions (experience in financial institutions or similar will be considered an advantage).
• Knowledge of financial accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate level of English, both spoken and written.

Position:

Accounting

• Recording of accounting transactions for securitisation funds, in accordance with specific accounting regulations and CNMV requirements.
• Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual accounting closing processes.
• Preparation of bank reconciliations and other accounting controls.
• Calculation and accounting of fees, expenses and other accruals.
• Analysis and resolution of accounting issues.

Regulatory Reporting

• Preparation and review of financial and regulatory information to be submitted to the CNMV.
• Verification of the consistency and quality of reported information.

Taxation

• Support in the preparation and filing of taxes applicable to the funds.
• Coordination with external tax advisors on tax matters related to the administered funds.

Audit

• Preparation of the documentation required during external audit processes.
• Coordination and monitoring of the statutory audits of the funds.
• Business support
• Collaboration with other areas of the Management Company on accounting and tax matters related to the administered funds.
• Participation in process improvement, automation and internal control strengthening initiatives.
